This urban industrial style apartment is located on the ground floor in the well known Kreuzberg district in Berlin. The high ceilings, the exposed walls, and the sheer steel furniture define this unique space, which oozes a raw, urban-industrial charm and yet remains bright and incredibly cozy.
The apartment stretches over 2 levels: on the first floor, there is a modern, custom-built kitchen made entirely of stainless steel and a spacious dining place. The bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with two comfortable double beds and is located at the rear of the apartment. Behind the kitchen, there is a bathroom with mosaic tiles, stainless steer water fittings, and a rough concrete sink.
Follow the spiral staircase and you will find a second living area with a comfortable sofa and TV. Here the ceiling is left as raw concrete to enhance the structural characteristic of the space and to enhance the feeling of an old apartment renovated. From the living, another bedroom with two comfortable double beds is connected. Additionally, a small bathroom with a toilet is placed in the rear of the living room. The apartment combines the industrial style of Berlin with a cozy vibe of a contemporary loft.
