This new apartment is located in the well-known district of Kreuzberg in Berlin. The high ceiling, the wooden floor, and the round beds define this both vintage and contemporary apartment.
The living space of the apartment includes a large kitchen with a multifunctional table and a wide glass door with access to the outdoor area in Kreuzberg. Additionally, a small balcony provides plenty of light and fresh air for the residents. The apartments have extra features such as round elevated beds in the lounge area, stainless steel water fixings from Vola, and large mirrors.
The apartment was originally an office space and is currently renovated. The existing plaster is completely removed, bringing back to life the original brick wall and giving a vintage look to the apartment. The floor is replaced with a wooden deck with integrated heating, giving a better heating system and heat radiation.
